You mentioned if your are making 80,000 on the backend it does not matter in reference to cost per contract. That is not realistic 95% of wholesalers do not get 40,000 spreads, the average is close to or either side of 20,000 right now, say 15,000 to 22,000..so 10,000 per contract is not going to get it, cant make it on that.

I still use business cards when networking, it is always a conversation starter, because I am usually the only one.

No need to put regulations on it because folks that attempt to do it don't last. Good wholesalers tend to have more or just about the same level of knowledge as a realtor. Think about all of the realtors who listing homes for outrageous amounts and don't have any punishments for it🤷‍♂

Steve before putting someone like this on your podcast you should try their product out. Are their leads really “leads” or are they just people asking for retail or already working with other companies? I spent thousands on awful leads with Property leads and if you truly invested you would never call their leads actual leads
